The 1969 German Grand Prix was a Formula One motor race held at Nürburgring on 3 August 1969 with Formula Two cars competing by invitation. It was race 7 of 11 in both the 1969 World Championship of Drivers and the 1969 International Cup for Formula One Manufacturers. The F2 entrants were not eligible for points in the World Championship. The 14-lap race was won by Brabham driver Jacky Ickx after starting from pole position. Jackie Stewart finished second for the Matra team and McLaren driver Bruce McLaren came in third.
